Cartridge Label Template

Does anyone have a printable template for standard VIC cartridges from Commodore?

I have several cartridges which have lost their labels over the years and I wanted to print out some replacements. Any common file format is OK.

I know really good labels have been made (Megacart and Final Expansion for example). We should add a template to our WIKI. I never really thought of it before now. As soon as someone has time, I'm sure they'll offer you help.

This isn't exactly a template, but it's a fairly decent scan of a cart label. Maybe it will help.
