Ops Ops (pun intended ), I cannot load Darwin's adventures. When I try to load, it gives either a Load error or a Syntax error (see pics). Everything else but things in this folder seems to load OK, even if I tried only a fraction of your collection.

I'm not able to fiddle with LOADER files, so I kindly ask if anyone can correct this for me. TIA

I recommend to upgrade SD2IEC firmware. I guess older versions handle long filenames differently.

Thank you. I downloaded the latest binaries (zipped) from sd2iec.de. It contains several files:


Which is the right one for the FE4? IIRC, other SD2IEC devices simply upgrade it upon turning the VIC on. Is it the same for the FE4, or a specific program should be used to upgrade the firmware?

Usually you just put all the binaries in the root-dir of the SD-card and when turning the SD2IEC on it will automatically update and pick the right update file out of the bunch.
