The white cable is visible at the right hand side of the TV. It goes to something outside the picture.
I see a black cable there, that might loop over the edge of the table and then to the TV.
At left I think I see the grain of the edge of a photograph printed with the outside of the negative included, which is not visible at right.
So I think the right half of the picture is cut off, where the machine may have been.
