This is a neat little program for making character sets. No expansion needed.

I found the original tape in a box of VIC-20 stuff at Centsible software.

Note that it had a ?LOAD ERROR when I loaded it, but the program seems to run OK. LISTing it gives some weird behaviour, but that might just be tricks by the programmer.

Here is the manual (very important!). Choose PDF or the original JPGs in a zip file.

i just noticed this! sweet!

i have had the tape for quite a while, but couldn't do much.

now with the manual?
