Ramdisk drive

Back in the day I use to have a CMD Ramlink for the c64. I use to use it as a drive and store the geos bootdisk on it. Is there anything like that for the Vic-20? The load speeds were awesome with that and jiffydos on the c64. It also had a battery I could plug into the unit so I would not lose data if the power went out. Very cool device.
