Does anyone know what is necessary to run the diskette (.D64) version of Commodore Free? Works in VICE (x64) but I didn't have any luck with a real C64 and an SD2IEC. Do I need a real 1541, or an emulator?

Check if SD2IEC drive number is 8.

SD2IEC is drive #8 for sure. I would play with it some more but my VIC-20 is plugged in right now
