I merged your request into this older thread for essentially being the same. A bump to indicate there's ongoing interest in the topic. :)

Normally, http://www.vic20listings.freeolamail.com/index.html (as pointed to by vicist above) would be a good address, but thus far there's no extended coverage of the book there.
