I don't think so, it is just a ram expander, not a game. The other one is open to offers by the way..that price is not written in stone.

The Wiki indicates the Data-20 16k RAM cartridge as "The only known RAM expansion for the VIC-20 that uses DRAM chips"
Obviously the Xetec 32k RAM Expander also uses DRAM so if anyone could update this, please do so.

I have that exact same Xetec 32k card. I bought it off Ebay several years ago.
