I'm looking for one too.. That's what drove me to finally register on this forum. I found this

It's not just the date code that don't look right. The type of ink or branding seems very weird too.
That's fake or rebranded chips!

I bought some 6510 very similar to this. 4 pieces dead on arrival. Seller sent 3 more dead on arrival again. Seller refunded and said they were a bad batch.
