Unfortunately I don't have access to those, otherwise I would.

What I am consider is, once I've gotten all the information from the online database into hard copy here 100%, IS to make another document as such to publish in solid form. Then maybe it can hit the Google search terms heh.

Not having access to the 2002 txt, publishing another document is a good idea. It will take some time to climb the google search results but at the end it will pop up in the right place.
