Anyone familiar with the Expando Vision Cartridge?

Seems to be a more complete version of it, at a higher price. Rare, but who's gonna pay so much for a niche product? I mean, maybe I'd rather invest 400 bucks "to eliminate those bad habits" in a massage parlour .
