Well, it's nice and clean and more modern looking.

May take a little getting used to, but I like it!

Thanks Joshua, nice job. :D

Thanks for your work here! I like the general look and feel, maybe with the exception of the new message / no new message symbols and board name - no Denial and small black / color C= logos anymore :(

You can definitely have themes afaik, it just requires someone to put it together...

Thanks for duty!
really nice and convenient.

Attachment files are working 8)
When you click on [attach a file], a navigator windows, to pick-up a local file, is displayed!
But, the 'ZIP' extension isn't displayed in the extension list (GIF,JPG,RAR...)

I typed "*.zip" in the name text box to display all files in the my local upload directory...
... And it get my zipped file! Coool!
:D
I'm lucky... or the update is really good ?????

Pretty gay!

Well, no, I exaggerate for effect. It looks perfectly fine but I will need to spend time getting used to this.
My favourite feature seems to be gone (or at least I cannot find it), namely, the "new posts", "your posts","unread posts", which I am missing.

On the one hand, I suppose change is part of life - but then again those of us who still use the VIC 20 might be hard to persuade.

They are hidden in the "Quick links" dropdown in top left corner. Took me a while to find them myself. Rather interesting UI decision :?

This "new look" is because old theme is no longer supported (as far as I know).
But I hope we'll get use to it in short time, and I believe it will help when Jeff gets it pimped with the right commodore ikons and banner 8)
Kind regards, Peter.

Thanks for the help TNT.
And take my comments with a grain of salt; I am always a bit resistant to change, but I appreciate the Denial forum and the efforts in keeping it up.

As always that's for the hard work. I must say it was a bit of a shock, the new look, and as Pitcalco noted many here may be a bit resistant to change, including myself. I think I will get used to it, but it will feel more like home when there are some of our Vic and C= logos and icons!

This update was all due to a security risk at the old board version, sadly the old theme was discontinued.
The new board has some emproved functions and better performance, but with some icon tweaking we will make it more Vicish again :D

Can you turn off the 'Information' pop-ups, they're annoying.

Don't know what this is? Maybe a user setting?

Please post a picture.
Kind regards, Peter.
