risk type game

Hi guys,
I have been trying to remember and locate a Risk-like game that I use to play on my VIC. I believe that it was based on the VIC40 40 column operating system that Ahoy! published. It was such a fun game! I even remember making printouts of maps to plan attacks. Nerdy stuff, but really fun.
Anyone have any recollection of this game? Am I imagining it? I am almost positive it was a VIC game and NOT a 64 game.
