Hey this is Great !
If you need more type-ins :
There are maaany listings on archive.org, too.
In Example : The issues of EMAP - Computer & Video Games
Found already about 25 VIC-Games in the first 35 issues, that need to be typed in.
Issues : 001, 002, 006, 007, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 016, 018, 019, 020, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 030, 031, 032, 033, Yearbook 84, and so on
(i've already put the *.pdf's in my Gamebase-projekt to "need to be typed in") 8)

Short note for the Game LEM ,Hebdogiciel No 27 du 13 avril 1984 :
This is available only as *.vsf file (vice snapshot image) and not as *.prg or *.d64

Also this *.vsf works only (more or less) in Vice v1.22.....not in vice v2.2 or v2.4
So, this dump need to be fixed, or re-typed as *.prg to run correctly

#6 AUTO-CROSS

Image

English translation:
http://www.kweepa.com/step/vic20/games/heb6auto-en.prg

A game with very simple mechanics, but quite fun because of the time limit. It would probably be slightly more playable with steering controls and continuous motion, like 'Snake'.
There's a POKE900,0 that appears to do nothing in the listing (since that's the middle of the cassette buffer)...

#7 PERDS PAS LA BALLE

An extremely frustrating pachinko style game (I scored 0 several times) with a seizure-inducing title page. The code is very tidy :)
It has three different names (Bille, Perds pas la Bille, and Perds pas la Balle) so I chose the headline title in the magazine.

A Snake game where the snake behaves more like a light cycle. Requires making a plan before starting to move!
The game was originally called Boa Croqueur (Boa Muncher).
There's a key peeker at the bottom of the program, which I used to deduce the keys - W A D Z.

just a note to the Game #7 PERDS PAS LA BILLE (BALLE) :

It seems there is something wrong with the code (program-listing).
If i loose the Game, and i choose Yes for play again, then :
a) the screen jumps / moves one line down
b) the "new" game never ends (it doesn't matter how many balls I'll let by)

EDIT:
btw.
An Admin should rename this Topic into "French Magazine - Type-Ins - Hebdogiciel"
as tokra has made it with his German Magaznes

A French geography quiz that's going to be pretty tricky for those not of the garlic-eating persuasion.

Ah, you have to type YES or NO, not Y or N. Otherwise it falls into the new score routine underneath. That was in the original code... part of the charm of the type-in?
