3d model of a Vic-20

Funny, I was playing Armor Attack via MAME and wanted to try and find an overlay since it's hard to play if you can't see where the city is. Anyway, after a google search I ended up at

Someone made a 3d rendered Vic-20 to stick in a "virtual" arcade. The .w3d file is on that page.

Is there a standalone .w3d viewer out there anywhere?
