Looking for some partially working VIC20s or c64s to fix

I want to get into the retro computer repairing hobby too, both a collector and repairer get it? So I need some partially working Vic 20s or C64s so I can grab some of the chips off eBay and repair them so I can add them into the collection, must include PSU, rf modulator and all that etc

My personal experience is to go on Ebay and buy one frm a buyer that says "Untested....don't know how to hook it up". There is about an 80% change it won't work [/img]

I would say 100 % not working lots of work for you
