Get your own Mega-Cart NOW !

Post by nbla000 »

Finally we are ready !

The long awaiting cartridge that Commodore Vic-20 users have been dreaming of, is waiting you !!!

Get your own Mega-Cart NOW !

The www.mega-cart.com site is on-line so you may know all the aspect of the cartridge: Menu, Games, Utilities, Memory expander and all the other features.

Don't forget to watch the new cool video 8) of the final Mega-Cart version :D

Take a look to the gallery and all other sections of the site, there are FAQs, Tips, Troubleshooting and other information for your next Commodore Vic-20's cartridge.

The History section explain with photos and videos how the Mega-Cart was born and how it was "grown".

I wish to thank Jeff-20 and all the Denial community for info, support and help, ral-clan and Carlsson also for revising my english on the site, for graphic support, Mega-Cart beta testing and mainly for the patience with my "e-mail bombing"

Thanks to all persons on the credits page, thank you very much.

And last but not least i wish to thank 6502dude for his effort on this project considering his limited time too and for all his patiente with a dreaming child like me

I think it's a record for a Vic-20 item

I wish to inform all the denial members that order of requests of the old thread will be observed, but we wish to ask you to order the Mega-cart from the site to confirm your interest since a lot of time could be elapsed from your request.

Btw having a look through the list of games... I see you are using "Trout". Isn't this supposed to be "Salmon Run" by Synapse? This is what I have listed in GB20. Dunno if this was someone's relabelling of the game...

I've used Trout because it seems preceding to Salmon Run and it has a different title screen but mainly because i played it when i "was?" child ;-)

Watch the video to see the title screen.

PS: 4 Mega-Carts ordered at the moment

Thanks, like Pedro Lambrini have done, please fill the Note field with your Denial nickname, just to check the old pre-order list.

Don't worry for current orders (6 at the moment), you are all known denial members, thanks.

Please also remember to add your COUNTRY as these items are going to ship from Canada. I know it seems obvious but sometimes people assume things are shipping domestically.

Well at least you knew who I was anyhows, given the credits screen ;)

Just to note, please ship these in sturdy boxes, I'd hate for the packaging to be crushed on arrival here in the UK...

Ah... it's a renamed, well maybe licensed, I don't know. I had a copy of Trout in GB20 and removed it cos Salmon Run is the true game afaik. That's what was advertised in magazines and listed for sale that I've seen, although the funny thing for ALL the Synapse tape games in GB20, I have no packaging scans...

Who can say for sure? Maybe Synapse licensed it from elsewhere. Thing is, I have the real TAP for it and the programmer listed is different to Trout. This just further confuses matters...
