Might be worth asking if by chance they still have any old Vic 20 games in stock, including this.

EDIT - Just emailed them. I'll let you know how I get on.

thanks, that'd be amazing if they had some old stock lying about the place :) they'd make a small fortune on ebay if they do

no probs, thanks for checking :)

I have a feeling that "Teddy" might be another title that Audiogenic licensed from the German software house "Kavan" as it was often advertised alongside the game "Shifty"

The 3K version of Frogger by Rabbit was really good, possibly even the best version of Frogger on the Vic. I'm not sure why it's so rare, maybe they withdrew it because of legal problems, they got into trouble back in 1983 because they were stealing titles from America and then selling them in the UK. Tronix caught them doing it with some of their titles and Rabbit had to then pay them back later.

Most likely scenario, some stuff advertised was never actually released...

I've lots more vic20 dumps to clean up and even more to dump :)
As I'm adding my vic20 collection to my new collectors site (still in VERY early beta) I dump all the tapes. So finally there are some progress on the vic20 dumping front.

Hi bokvamme, if you have time over the coming weeks, I would love to see Tap's of these games if possible please :)

Minikit - Audiogenic Ltd.
ViCalc - Audiogenic Ltd.
Defender - Bubble Bus
Money Bags - Bubble Bus
Defender On Tri - Softsmith Software

Been very busy at work the last 3 months.
It will slow down considerable in 1-2 weeks, then I will get the time to do some more dumps.

Many Thanks bokvamme

I'm trying to hook up my Vic-20 so I can do some TAP's as well. I don't have a 1541 yet but have the XA1541 cable so not sure if I can dump images without a physical 1541 or not.

Adding new tapes

Hi, are you interested to add many more tapes in the list?

I'm a collector of VIC 20 tapes from germany, have over 300 tapes. And the most of Kingsoft, where published outside germany by Anirog.

I'm missing Jump Jet (+16 KB) from Anirog on your list ... complete with manual in my collection, and working disk version, so I can create any D64. (And a working disk version from ACE from Cascade Games too).

Please send me a message with the info I need to add the game (and others).
See vic20tapes.org for what info is needed.
Thanks.
