Everything will work like before, it is claimed from Tradera quarters. In the long run, they will look to improve functionality and perhaps merge the sites, but no panic. Considering the two half-lame attempts at eBay Sweden, it was a matter of time before they would purchase (?) their biggest local competitor.

I read the other day that eBay is a bit upset with Google, for the latter has begun with their own online auctions or marketplace. Therefore, a "secret" group of companies consisting of eBay, Yahoo, Microsoft and some more are planning some co-operation to counter Google on all areas. Maybe eBay would get their hands on Tradera and other local auction sites before Google gets to it.
