Just a little update, i've PAL fixed these games too:

Alien Sidestep (C) 1983 Kerry Erendos
Sky Blazer (C) 1983 Br0derbund Software
Springer (C) 1983 Tigervision
Topper (C) 1983 Romox (not in d64 file)

click here to get all the PAL fixed games

Somebody may test these games in real Vic-20 so we may post them to zimmer, thanks.

Wow!

This is an incredible bunch of work

I missed this thread earlier, but these re-codes of NTSC games for PAL will be very useful for esplapion & schema's multicart project (for folks in PAL land that is  ).

What was wrong with Sky Blazer on Pal? I've had the cart for years and it seemed fine to me...

Since i've got Sky Blazer from Zimmer, this version in PAL, play in the Top/Left corner, i never found Sky Blazer in PAL format, you may grab and upload your cart image if has differences.

After a while a new update, i've PAL fixed these games too:

These carts work in both PAL and NTSC:
Cannonball Blitz (C) 1982 by Sierra
Dancing Bear (C) 1983 published by Koala Tech.
Dot Gobbler published by Machine Lang.
Gridrunner (C) 1982 published by HES
Princess and Frog (C) 1983 by Romox (refixed as PAL and NTSC)
Typo by Romox

This cart is fixed as PAL only:
Alphabet Zoo (C) 1982 published by HES

First of all apologies for resurrecting a 7 year old thread, but I am wondering if anyone here has the PAL fixed games archive
that nbla000 had on His website, now dead.

I have fixed Buck rogers to run on my Pal Vic and it works great, but would like the rest of the archive if possible?
Hopefully someone has it and can upload it.
Numerous Google searches have come up empty.

I suppose nbla000 removed those contents as soon as most of the work involved fixing the cartridge images went into the Mega-Cart project.

In the thread 'FE3 Loader Menu..What am I doing wrong?? Megacart Rom conv.', nbla000 got slightly upset when another Denial member wanted to transfer the fixed ROMs from Mega-Cart to FE3.

I can sort of understand His situation considering the hard work He put in there, I'm only interested in running it from a SD2IEC though.
Doesn't matter though, I'll figure out how to fix any more if I need to.

The issue was that some carts were converted to PAL and also to use specific registers in MegaCart.

It was a lot of hard work to create these for MegaCart and I think difficult to remember which carts had more than screen repositioning done.
He did not want the cart images extracted from the MegaCart image to cause problems crashing on non MegaCart Vic20s.

It would be good and in the spirit of the community to collect together the converted NTSC cart images and label them as suitable for use.

If I get some time this weekend I will start redoing some if I don't have them already.

See the recent threads on FE3 Cart collections - many are working fine.
