This one looks like your odd Moon Patrol clone, pixelatedarcade.com has some more info and a PDF of the manual.
If the VIC-20 version is comparable to the C64 version I found on YT (link), you might quite as well try out my port. That one at least features the parallaxing mountains in the background.

I was trying to negotiate with a guy that had a bunch of the Qiss games for Vic20 (and some others) but he listed them on eBay instead. They are not in GB20 as downloads, but they were already listed as I knew about them a few years ago. So sadly can't help here.
