VICE 2.4 on C64Mini, TheC64, TheVic20

As well as being able to add to the Carousels without reflashing the nand using PCUAE, the Retrogames devices can now run full Vice.

Vic20, Pet, Plus/4, C128 and C64 on all the devices wuth a quick download to a USB stick and run a fake firmware with Joystick button to select which machine to launch.

I have booted all the machines and played a game or 2 on the Vic20.

Nice to have a portable Vic20 etc. for travel after Covid restrictions lift.
