Sure, but I won't.
1) The original ZX port game works like that
2) and after having made the C64 , Cplus/4 and VIC20 versions, I'm tired with this game and having been downloaded + 2100 times on those 3 platforms , you are the only one complaining.
so it is not worth and now I'm working on other games...
or maybe in a long long time, if others users complain...

Unfortunately no, or you can but the display will be "cut",
because as a direct ZX Spectrum game port the game makes use of 30 screens columns (240 pixels width) when the NTSC screen can only display 27 columns (with hardware X offset).
It the same with my other ZX ports : Zombie Calavera Prologue and Tenebra Macabre.
Fortunately the next one coming soon Robots Rumble is PAL/NTSC.
