An 8K memory expansion is included. Nice touch!

Is the assumption of five boxed copies and about a dozen loose cassettes reasonable? I remember back in the day, when it took a few years to find a single copy.

By about 10 seconds I think

Box is far better condition and it has the tray and warrenty card. So it truly IS complete. Still I'm not gonna go mad bidding for it as I'm just about to pay for moving house, but you never know where funds can come from...

There ARE five complete copies now with this one up for sale, the seller was kind enough to show me one complete version I didn't know about (the others being one @ Vintage Sierra, mine and the one Peter Olafson won). He told me he wasn't sure about the number of loose and had a rough guess. I know of 8 loose, but there might be more.

Least he watermarked the images.

I was at a videogame party last week here in Chicago, and one of the guests told me about her trip to London and seeing Mayhem's collection. I know have it verified that this guy is the top collector of high end collectibles.

Just curious Mayhem on why you would bid and the completeness factor definitely warrants it and to Razz ya a bit too

I think the deeper pockets are patiently waiting to jump at the last moment like usual.

As I said recently, it's very intriguing to see what is rare in a hobby/collection and reason's why. Visualizing what marketing and purchasing went on some 20+ years ago to create this rarity.

Was it low production numbers, small distribution area, no interest in that game from buyers, price, and most of all the Ultima following of collectors dedicated to paying crazy money to have this part of their collection

It brings the Vic-20 name to the spot-light though when this game come up on Ebay!

Mayhem, I would love to meet you someday and (your collection too). My wife was born in Leicester, England so we'll make it back some day to your area...

Whereabouts in Leicester? A lot of my family for the past 3-4 generations are from there (some of them came up from Cornwall to be there too) and still are today

Anyone wanting to know about UEFMD in a bit more detail can read the article I wrote for (the now defunct, but soon to return) Retro Gamer in issue #8. Or I could source the original doc I sent in and post it here, seeing as I regained the copyright to it on Live's demise.

She use to live on Ethel Road when she was young. I don't know where the rest of her relatives are situated in England and some are in Spain. But will get more details when the time approaches!
