Are there homebrew games released on carts?

Like the Atari or Vectrex scenes
are there Vic 20 homebrew games still released on carts?
or only game rom/disk /tape image?

I think some homebrew games made it into the mega-cartridge compilation (mega-cart), but as I don't have that cart, I am not sure.
