i found these 16k taps on my hd, and can't for the life of me remember where i downloaded them from:

they are like a light version of a soccer management game.
i have only played around with them for a couple of minutes, but interesting enough for me to want to continue screwing around with them.
i wish i could play them on a real vic, but i don't have the gadgets to transfer taps.

I ran your TAP files through it and think I got something useful - at least they load in VICE. Here are the two resulting .PRGs:
