Is there a VIC-1983 cart?

I just saw an online auction for among other things a VIC-1983 cart.
Of course are the pictures in the auction crappy so you can't make out the text on the carts.

I can't seem find any info about it... Do it exist or is it a typo?

Maybe Speed/Bingo Math, VIC-1933? Has there been a VIC-1903 identified, or is that still a hole in the numbering system? I suppose a VIC-1938 would be just as sensational.
