Stella 2600 Emulator sideways!

After all the talk recently of Wizard of Wor and the fact that I received my USB Classic joystick today I fancied playing around with Stella. I installed it and got a bunch of ROM's (don't ask where - it's illegal!) and everything runs fine while windowed.

When emulating systems I like to run them in full-screen to add to the illusion. However, when I run Stella in full-screen the display goes sideways and is stretched off the bottom of the screen. I only have a Dell Mini 9 netbook so I have to run it in software mode. Has anybody seen this before and, if so, did you fix it? Cheers, P :)
