My VIC-20 colors are slightly off.

Maybe sombody else has seen this problem before but here goes. I just bought a Vic-20 (2 prong model) which works fine except for one weird problem. Instead of the screen border being cyan, it's green. I tried adjusting the two color dials on the motherboard but this doesn't fix the problem. It really isn't a major problem but does anybody have a solution to this problem? Thanks.

It seems the colors are different on different vic chips. It's maybe a bit more green on an old chip...
