Vic 20 game maker

Going back to when I had my first Vic I used to buy virtually every game available and I remember something along the lines of a game maker where you could set out your screen, set a default path for enemies and sounds etc. As far as I can see it does not seem to have been dumped so just wondering if anyone else remembers it? (and before you ask it was sold 25 years ago and the person I sold all my stuff to no longer has it all

Ah yes i remember that one..I'm sure i had this during the 80's...
I can't remember much about who made it,But it did exist.

Develop-20 The Game Programmer's Toolkit maybe? I found a copy at Raymond's shop in Minneapolis last year.
