I can also host. I'm worried a little about bandwidth limits. Especially on the initial month of release. Ever consider a rapideshare link for the initial release?

Indeed, initially releasing it through Rapishare et al could be a great way to get past the bandwidth hurdle until the 'fever' dies down after a while. Then, maybe, it could be hosted permanently somewhere (here?)... :)

I have thought about Rapidshare and/or MegaUpload but I do know some people have issues using either one of these, so if need be, I'd like to avoid them. Then again, having two hosts might be the way to go anyhows...

I don't like torrent.

Maybe same as DGemu.com? It is free but limited. Every user has a account which is filled again every day. Not good for impatient persons. But in real, who can use more than a few downloads every day ...

OK but which is the problem if amramsey and Jeff offer their servers ?

I think we have already a solution, we should find another ?

I think MegaUpload/rapidshare etc is a quick solution for who wants everything, so on the new site layout we may put an highlighted link to download the big file from Mega-Upload and leave other people to surf the site to discover and download just his favorite game/s.

Is it not a good compromise ?
