Wanna make money in these canicular days?

... try opening your own Lemonade Stand!!!

Here's a quick conversion from a public domain C64 game. It's for 16K expanded VIC, and it runs in 40 column mode. First you have to load'n'run 40COL, then LOAD"LEMONADE",8 and RUN.

Have fun! :D

Green on black is the new black! How about making a 22 column version with slightly reduced graphics and text inputs relocated? Perhaps there already exists one.

Not that I know of - but relocating graphics is so annoying, I'll leave it to you as you did for Weather. :P

It looks quite doable, see this mockup:

The sign is a bit off-center, but it only makes it more delightful. :-D One could even put the bottom message as a text scroller, freeing another three rows if one wants more graphic elements.

I'm not saying I'll convert this game to 22 columns, just presenting a possible layout. Whether the program will easily adopt to this layout is another matter.

Which one is Lulu? :)
In the end it will be as if nothing ever happened.

OK Anders, I'm leaving for the seaside (one week). I'll see what I can do when I come back, after few lemonades :P .

Thanks Formater! :D

I will include this game in a compilation of about 20 titles converted from PET. I'm currently working on game one-filing and crunching, thanks to Nicola (nbla000).

No joke. Never mind the game; I would sell lemonade if there were a profit to be turned.
60 cents - thats about 4 crowns. A real bargain to the customer.

I am certain however that having kids sell lemonade on the street like this is totally illegal in Sweden....(so we will just have to keep quiet about it  )
