You just can't let it go, can you!? :P

I haven't placed a bid on Space Games as I have that already (although it's a bit tatty). I thought I had bid on Island of Secrets but must've missed it. It's now on my watch list!

I'll scan any of the games you like orion - there are some great wee games in these books. :)

I've noticed that someone else has already bid against me on most of them - I hate other people!! :p

OK, so now I can bid on Space Games with a clear conscience

I love the Usborne books. I've got what I thought was a decent selection of them, abound a dozen. They weren't all that common in Canada.

Colorful, well explained and fun. Looks like there are more out there!

I did and you're right...

I just stuck in random bids before going to work this morning convinced that some of them would be lost to someone else. Obviously I must be too affluent (or maybe effluent!) because I came home at lunch-time and found that I'd won all the books I'd gone for!

It's cost me a fortune but £70 including postage for 11 books and a huge slice of my childhood isn't too bad. Besides, the money's going to a man who did me a great deal on a bunch of lovely joysticks a wee while back... :)

I really do hope you don't live to regret this bloke. :)

Did you end up getting Space Games, then? What other Usborne books do have? Are they all computer books or do you have some of the other ones as well? :)

I did! It's somewhere over the Atlantic right now. All are computer books except for a very cool one called Future Cities. I'll take pics of the collection after Space Games arrives.

Cool! I'd like to see the photos. I think I'm going to collect the other computer Usborne books - I only need a few I think. :)

Pic!

There's a mix of Usborne and Usborne/Hayes - Not sure what the distinction is.

I had an inkling that I had SpaceGames already - and sure enough, I did - with a slightly different cover.
