Commodore VIC20 Machine Language Monitor Cartridge

Hello, I have a question about the Commodore 1213 Machine language cartridge. When I insert it in the machine and turn the VIC-20 on, I don't see any change. I see the same Vic-20 welcome screen as always. Is this normal? How do I actually use this cartridge?

Try SYS 24576. This cartridge is not auto starting.

I just hooked up a VIC today with the same cartridge, thanks for the address -- it works!
