I think I have heard of this show. Considering that I know a lot of Kiwi's maybe I should watch it.

I also like the signs in the background
New Zealand Like Lord of the Rings

The second one is hard to read but I'm pretty sure it is a reference to New Zealand not being part of Australia. I just watched the second video on zhx's website and that is what the sign says.

Hmm.. Earlier I posted "now I'll just have to wait until it's on finnish TV". Today I was browsing a newspaper and there it was, Flight of the Conchords, on the state owned channel which was most surprising. It was there by the time of my earlier posting..

Well, now let's just wait until the VIC episode comes.

There is a PET in the background of the first episode of "The IT Crowd", also there is an old Mac, a Nintendo, what looks like a spectrum and atari 2600 cartidge cases. As well as a Fisher Technic Robot. The show is full of such things.

That was the best; I wonder why Microsoft didn't aggressively pursue to make that a standard Windows screen saver?

Perhaps that was because the flying toaster screensaver started on and was largely associated with the Macintosh. I suspect not wanting to pay a licensing fee was also a factor.

Yep, and it's one of the fun things about the show. The PET appears a number of times in different episodes, as does other stuff.
