Just came back home. I learned one of my power supplies gets overheated after some hours of use and then shuts down the computer. Usually I never play for so many hours at a time. Commodore crap.
In other words, I sold a PET (to Stonan, so it stays within the city), gained a boxed Atari 800XL, a monochrome monitor and a bunch of free loose tapes, several MSX/C64 originals that otherwise would've been dumped in the trash can.
Oh yes, I finished an old MSX deal that ended up with me receiving 50 SEK (8 USD) to get two boxed and one loose cartridge. It is rather uncommon to receive money to take goods other than if you work as a garbage man.
Too bad Mikam couldn't make it. I heard that you had backed out in the last minute because you couldn't find any suitable accommodation. I was looking for you the whole day.
Wow, that is quite a score from the recycling center and stuff-wise evens out that you couldn't make it this year. Perhaps next year if you get to know about it a bit earlier. Next fall I believe there won't be a BIT Live Stockholm to distract your friends' preferences. BTW, I spoke quite a bit with Andreas Wallström, the BIT Live arranger. Nice guy, and quite a bit curious about the MegaCart.
By the way, two VIC-20 multicarts were demoed at the Retro Gathering. The second one being e5frog's own design with 20 or so assorted games, both cartridges and Basic games. Simple but good working solution within one Mole Attack cartridge.
I'm bumping this thread to announce this year's Retrogathering is only 3,5 weeks away. This year it will take place on October 10-11. Most of the Swedes probably have heard about it already, but perhaps Mika or someone else wants to make a new try to go there.
Last year I exhibited a Mega-Cart prototype. This year I can exhibit the final product. Perhaps I can pick up email addresses to help people find the ordering page afterwards? I suppose there won't be much of an Internet connection for immediate ordering anyway.
First foreign guest to confirm their participation will be offered a free hotel night in a three bed room with me! But you need to be sure you're really coming.

Thanks for demo!
Ordering is only via web site, so perhaps just hand out address:
