The MOS semiconductor building is going to be torn down due to environmental contamination. It has been derelict for a long time. Some guy at Amiga.org took some photos this week:
Wow! The contamination has been going on since the early 1980's, if I recall correctly. Commodore spent quite a bit of money trying to fix most of it. I thought operation was halted many years ago so it would not leak anything new.
