Help starting a dumped cart in emulator

Hi,

I have a little problem. I've gotten hold of som dumped carts (as .prg-files) and would like to run them in Vice.

I've loaded it with load "???",x,1 and now I think I need a sys command to start it up? Is the startup adress different in different carts? (I don't think so)

Please help!

Ooooops...

I should think before asking stuff...
All I needed was to do a soft reset.

How do I do a soft reset on a real VIC?

try sys 64802

hopefully that will work for you

i can't remember the thread, but there is a lot of talk on this forum soemwhere about running rom images on a real vic.

i know, because i was asking a lot of the questions
