As a matter of fact, I have D81s of all that stuff, complete with the menus etc. With 64HDD, I use D81s pretty exclusively. But, I figured D64s would be good for folks who need to create real 1541 disks.
Of course, you can easily copy the stuff into D81s. The menu program is pretty basic, you could easily modify it.
