Demo with cartoons character that "wrote" on the screen with a pencil.

I am trying to track down a VIC-20 program I had. It drew a little character that was holding a pencil. It would "write" (moving the hand up and down or something, simple animation) and then move to the right leaving a letter. It was a title screen -- maybe something from the FOX-20 tape magazine (which was published out of Houston, where I lived at the time).

Does that ring a bell?
