Finished re-doing the Programmer's Aid manual

Should you wish to have an ultra-clean version of the instructions for Programmer's Aid, just send me your e-mail via a PM.

I took about 3 weeks to redo this as cleanly as possible.

I do not have a web server so I don't really know how to make this information directly available to the public. I am quite sure there are many among you who can.
