Dotman - fixed for NTSC, drives other than 8

Dotman is a Pac-Man clone from Anirog for the unexpanded VIC20.

I got these files from Zimmers, but the version there is hard coded to load the second part as ZZDOTMAN from device 8.

My iec2sd device defaults to device 10, so I rewrote the BASIC loader to load from whatever the current device is, and I also patched the game to detect NTSC and adjust the screen position.
