Best way to reattach labels?

I have a couple of recently bought Psytronik disks where the disk label has lifter off and wanted to check if anyone had advice on the best kind of glue/adhesive to use that will not damage the disk etc. I also have a Vic20 cartridge where the label has come off and have the same question for that.

I’ve had some luck with super glue. I feel like something sticky (rubber cement?) might work better on those sticky floppy labels and aluminum Atarisoft cart labels. For paper cart labels, I wonder if an Elmer’s-type of paper glue might not match the original labels better. Anyone else?
