Adding infoboxes to the wiki

Post by srowe »

I think that having a consistent layout of technical information on wiki pages makes them more useful for reference. While the Denial wiki doesn't support infoboxes I've been experimenting with templates to emulate them.

I've added an infobox to http://sleepingelephant.com/denial/wiki ... _cartridge, what do people think of adding infoboxes (where they make sense)?

Is the infobox the brown thing in the top right corner? I like it.

Yep, Wikipedia uses them to present info in a regular format, like on the VIC-20 page

I picked the colour to match the cartridge case, so all the VIC-11xx,12xx articles would use the same one.

I'm a big fan of infoboxes. I think they look great.

I've taken the liberty of giving that page a major re-write.
