VIC-1905 Pac Man Cartridge for Sale

I'm selling a VIC-1905 Pac Man cartridge on eBay. It came from Japan where Commodore had the rights to sell the home version of Pac Man. They later sold this game as Jelly Monsters in Europe (where Atari had the home rights). The one difference you will notice is that on the instruction page of this cart it says "MOVE PACK MAN" (misspelled), whereas on Jelly Monsters release they removed that line (perhaps in the hope no one would notice that it was still Pac Man)!

According to "Commodore: A company on the edge", they (Commodore) sold Pacman in the US for a short time. Tramiel decided that it was worth the risk in order to be able to advertise the Vic-20 as being a machine with its own Pacman, and they even put aside a slump of money per cartridge sold for the (upcoming) settlement with Atari. I don't think Atari folks were amused since Pacman was an important game that gave their consoles an extra edge over the competition.

So after a while it was pulled from the market and reappeared as Jellymonsters, but then the initial marketing and launch effort was done.

The odd thing was, Atari launched proceedings against Commodore UK apparently, not Commodore in the US. Maybe they thought they'd get a better settlement there with different laws? There is something to be said however, you do find Star Battle and Jelly Monsters in the UK a lot easier than you do across the pond.
