Looks like one of those automatically aggregated books sold on Amazon.com - computers skim the internet for anything about the VIC-20 and compile it into a print on demand book of dubious quality.

Probably no information that you couldn't Google for. I also suspect that a lot of it is lifted from online articles like our very own Denial Wiki.

Heck, even the cover picture is pilfered straight from the VIC-20's Wikipedia page.
