COCO 2 - Finally found a copy

Post by vicassembly »

I have been searching, for years, for a copy of Coco 2 (by HES) for the Vic-20. I found it and it arrived yesterday. I have not tested it yet but it may be the first software I have seen for the vic that comes in disk format! It also has a dongle.

So it's s game design program?
Never knew such things were made for the VIC. Is it like Shoot'm up construction kit?

I'll be looking forward to your creations!

Update

Post by vicassembly »

I plan to take some pictures soon.

I can load the program from disk and even with the dongle plugged in the program will not run. I have not taken time to debug it yet.

I'm sure if you posted a copy of the binary to the forum, someone would have it "de-dongle-ized" in no time.
