Its in one of those unlabeled blue molded shut carts.

Found this on EBay a while back.

Now how did I miss that then? I don't recall seeing another Key Quest listed on there. Got a link?

At least we know there's two copies out there. I own the other btw ;)

It's been dumped and included on the Megacart. Congrats on the find mind you, I think it's an excellent game.

It was this auction last July.
I'm just now getting around to organizing my Vic-20 carts.
I've already discovered some interesting things.
I have two UMI Meteor Run carts. One has 2 chips, the other 3 chips.
The checksums are different.

Ah... that one JagMod. I recall it now. A "pity" the Tymac game wasn't something else then perhaps heh...

Given the time difference, I thought you'd originally referred to something a lot more recent, hence the confusion.

I have been playing Key Quest the last few days. This has now become one of my favorite VIC games. It's a remarkably good game and very polished.

Anyone else love this game?

(I was going to start a new thread about Key Quest but found this one, so... necrobump ;) )

See above ;) I actually included it in my VIC20 game article for Retro Gamer, I was that impressed by it when I eventually got it. If there's a scan of the manual out there, it will almost certainly be my copy.

Hey looks nice, is there a chance to get a working binary file to try?
Valid rule today as earlier: 1 Byte = 8 Bits
-._/classes instead of masses\_.-

That's why that screenshot above looks so familiar then! Good game.

Actually yeah, seems my upload from a decade ago is still active...
