I say update. The last release was three years ago and presumably 0.3 will be around for quite some time before 0.4 or whatever. That's not a bad timescale to expect people to upgrade to newer builds of software... I mean, it's not like iTunes and it's daily updates is it?
BTW: Are there any rumblings of an ETA for Vice 2.4? I see a lot of dev builds floating around but the official site looks to be abandoned.

anxiously awaiting gamebase 20 0.3!
Just wondering if you had an ETA for the new gamebase .3 release Mayhem? VICE 2.4 is out now and looking pretty solid. Really looking forward to it!

well, for me.....i have a problem with VICE 2.4llcameron wrote:VICE 2.4 is out now and looking pretty solid. Really looking forward to it!
maybe someone here can confirm this :
The Option "Double scan" don't work for me.....
nothing happens when enable it
The screen looks a little "softly" / "out of focus"
On i.e. VICE 2.1 the screen is more sharp by using "double scan"
do you have the same result ?

Mayhem is a vintner... no "whine" before its time.
And each incremental point release past 2.4 has been superb. I am a bit too giddy over the new UI threads option and the Tape Control.

A pile of new games has gone in since Xmas, so it's still all go, go, go.
I've also got Bo dumping a pile of his collection that needs doing as well, but that will all wait for the following release.
I might go through my directory of "what's still to add" and see what I can shove into the database, and then see about preparing a release for next month...
