Looking for a replacement VIC 6560 (NTSC) and Kernal 901486-06 (NTSC) chips. Thanks!

Still need the 901486-06, I'll keep an eye on ebay.

Or if you have the stuff needed you could burn your own replacment kernal rom to a 2764 and use an adapter. The first one on this page will work for the kernal: http://ist.uwaterloo.ca/~schepers/sockets.html

I've been curious about going that route, but I've never programmed an eprom before. Is there a particular modern device you can recommend, preferably USB? Any info you could share would be helpful. I searched around the forum for a guide to writing to eprom, but came up empty.
